ChiBrations is a media collective founded by a couple friends and myself that highlights Chicago musicians performing in-studio jams. Chicago has some of the best musicians in the world, so we decided to create a platform to put their talent out there. The artists come in for a day to play an original and a cover song, and we shoot high quality video, photo, and recording content.
I serve as ChiBrations art director, which includes all graphic design needs associated with social media and music events. Along with this responsibility, I am in the studio as the second camera operator — shooting video during the session, and photos when we’re not rolling.
